About Us
Who are we?
Empower Tools was founded by Monica Pease who has over a decade of experience in the rental industry. A few years ago she bought her first home, a fixer-upper, and she began her journey of leveling up her abilities with tools. After feeling uncomfortable and unsupported in the traditional tool rental experience, she set out to make a safe space for anyone to learn and get their questions answered!
Our Values
Inclusivity
Our informative materials are geared toward people at the very beginning of their journey. It is important to us to provide detail that may be obvious to some while others are afraid to ask.
We endeavor to find the most accessible tools possible, from easy-to-lift tools to neurodivergent-friendly tape measures to making sure our materials are readable by our colorblind friends.
Sustainability
We look for compostable, reusable, or recycled/recyclable options when considering packaging, products, and print materials.
We are proud to be founded on a circular model which is not only better for the environment but is also more cost effective for you!

We believe in the power of collaboration and learning from each other. We see a thriving and uplifting community as a major goal. A place where customers can share their projects, ask for help, or give advice.
