Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING: We aim to fill orders within 24 hours but please allow up to three business days to process your order. Expect an email within that time to let you know your order is on the way!

SHIPPING RATES: We offer free ground shipping as well as expedited options for an additional fee. Our home base is in greater Boston so the closer the delivery address, the faster it will arrive. We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.

LOCAL PICKUP: We are unable to have customers pick up their orders from our location at this time but hope to have this option available soon.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We are unable to ship to locations outside the United States. 

CANCELLATIONS: We accept free cancellations up until the order is shipped. Once we have sent the shipping confirmation, we may charge for loss of use on a daily rate.

DAMAGED ITEMS: In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at monica@empowertools.co with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
